Refunds (if applicable)
Customer will have two options when receiving a refund:
1) Full Refund
We value our customer satisfaction the most. If you're not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason: did not like the style, damaged or defective items, or unsatisfied with the service received, we offer a full refund with no return fee. We encourage our customers to try the product immediately after they received it to ensure it fits your needs.
2) Get A Replacement of the Item
Instead of sending you a refund, we will send a replacement on you without extra cost. We will ship the item upon receiving the request from you together with the valid video or photo showing it is damaged, defective or unusable. Again, no need to send the item back. You are eligible for a replacement within 30 days after you have received your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Our sales items are refundable and applicable for replacement. However, there are some items that are limited on their availability so we encourage you to contact us immediately for any issues on your received item.
