Refunds (if applicable)

Customer will have two options when receiving a refund:

1) Full Refund

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, kindly submit a photo or short video showing it is damaged, defective or unusable at krosiny@krosiny.com and you can get your money back - no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days after you have received your order. No need to send the item back.

We encourage our customers to try the product immediately after they received it to ensure it fits your needs.

2) Get A Replacement of the Item

Instead of sending you a refund, we will send a replacement on you without extra cost. We will ship the item upon receiving the request from you together with the valid video or photo showing it is damaged, defective or unusable. Again, no need to send the item back. You are eligible for a replacement within 30 days after you have received your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Our sales items are refundable and applicable for replacement. However, there are some items that are limited on their availability so we encourage you to contact us immediately for any issues on your received item.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We usually replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, in case of no damage, we understand that you sometimes can change your mind or find a better item that will suit you or give as a gift. In this regard, we are offering our customers a half refund. No need to send the item back. This offer is valid ONE TIME per customer only within 7 days after you have received your order.
